4 Days No Food No Water In The Mountain
Perhaps you were wondering why you no email came into your inbox last Sunday. Perhaps you did not even notice the absence of the email. I love to share much of my work, life and ways freely with you all through this channel. It is really a joy for me to seat and write from the heart to you all.

4 days and 4 nights of no food no water is the start of a 9 days vision quest. Have been questing 9 days in the Mountains of Sicily close to the volcano Etna, it is truly a beautiful scenic part of the world. Why vision quest you may ask? A vision quest is a Native American tradition, where one spends time in nature with nothing other than something to sleep on and the clothes you take with you. It is a very simple way of connecting with yourself, with the Divine, with existence, with nature, with the ancestors, with all of your spirit guides and all of existence that supports you on your journey of living well, healthy, happy and living a meaningful life praying for yourself and for all of existence.
It is a part of sacrificing comfort and all the everyday distractions to be with what is truly important for life. Many of the prayers prayed on the mountain is for peace, love and wellbeing of all of existence. It is truly a magical journey of self realisation, divine connection and love.
After 4 days of no food no water, you receive a few fruits from the support community to open up the digestion on day 5, and on day 8 you receive water and some more fruits to further open up the digestion before descending down the mountain on day 10. The experience is not something that can be completely shared with others, it takes a while for it all to be digested, harvested and alchemised in the spirit.
As I slowly land, digest, alchemise and integrate the journey, slowly I come back to connections and online activity, selecting carefully what to digest in these early phases. And maybe slowly as digestion and alchemisation happens, it can be shared more in a meaningful way. Sending much love to you all wherever you are in the world.
