The Unknown/Darkness is the place of many possibilities and mysteries. Never be afraid of the darkness! Never be afraid of the unknown! Fear can kill before one realizes none of it was true, that none of it made sense. Fear can make things appear bigger than they are, closer than they are, more conscious than they are. Fear can create mountains where there is a flowing stream, it can create a dry land, a desert where there is peace and tranquility. Fear can even create the fear of fear itself, where the chain gets longer and longer. Fear can move you, shake your body up, dry out your mouth, sweat out through your body, make your brain go blank, make your memory freeze, make people wish they never lived. Fear made some people think death is better than life, and fear has accompanied many to their graves.

Are you willing to choose courage over fear? Are you willing to let go of fear so that you can see clearly? See with your heart not your head. Are you willing to see through the lens of the soul, the universal soul? Or you are still playing the game of survival, seeing through all of “your problems” all that is wrong? Are you willing to let go of fear? Are you ready to feel it fully, let it move you, shake you, mesmerise you whilst you snatch it by the jaw and throw courage in its face?

Are you willing to become FEARLESS, lion heart, courageous and committed? Are you willing to become the storm when the storm threatens to overwhelm you? Are you willing to live completely free of social conditioning, religious conditioning, political conditioning, cultural conditioning, family conditioning, self restrictive conditionings,…. all the conditionings that prevents you from living free as who you truly are? Fearless, unashamedly, unapologetically? Are you willing to free your spirit?

Welcome to this world, a place where you befriend Fear, a place where you live committed to your life, committed to your mission, unashamedly, unapologetically, with humility, grace, gentleness, empowered, with clarity, dignity, integrity, peace and pure Divine unconditional love. With Divine wisdom and guidance, together we will learn to befriend fear. So Fear becomes a best friend, no longer a teacher or something to be afraid of. Or something to stay away from, or to pretend it does not exist. When you befriend FEAR, it will no longer have a hold on you, on your breath, on your body, on your psyche, on your being. You may feel the fear, but it will never take over you again. You will have come to know fear quite well, and you will be able see and feel clearly through the illusions, and delusions, before they become body sensations, and bodily disturbances. Fear is a great friend once you’ve learned and understood its ways, and what practical actions to take to appease it.

Fear has been a great teacher, messenger and a great friend over the last many years. It is a great friend that has taught me to speak truth, stand up for what is right, and keep standing up for what is right, and keep standing up for what is right, never giving up, never shutting down, never running away, never pretending fear is not there, never masking the fear, never putting make up on it to make it look pretty. Fear has taught me to look deeper, and look even deeper, look at the bottom, look at the sides, look in the middle, look at the top, look all around it, look closely at it, and look even closer at it.

Fear has taught me to check it out properly, and if still unclear, wait for clarity. Fear has taught me many things, to walk through fire, to be fire, to swim through an ocean infested with sharks, come out alive by becoming even a bigger shark. Fear has taught me to shake, sing, move, breath, pace myself, slow down so I can be in control of my body, my breath, my mind, my spirit, my soul, my emotions, my programmings so I am in charge of my being, not fear! And to not let fear take over my system. Fear has taught me to smile through the pain, fear has taught me to shift my mind, so I shift my experiences to how I desire them to be, to how I like them to be, to how I love them to be.

Fear has taught me to breath where there is no air, fear has taught me to fight without hurting another or myself. Fear has taught me to walk up straight, look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I see. Fear has taught me to clear my throat and speak up properly. Fear has taught me many things, fear has taught me to love fiercely, deeply, meaningfully, impact-fully and unconditionally. Fear has taught me to change the world with my Pure Divine Unconditional Love, with my mission, with my life. Fear has taught me to keep my heart open, never harden up, never shut it down, never to protect myself so much that others can’t get to me, or so much that love can’t get in.

Now I am ready to be of service to help you move through personal, societal and collective fear. FEAR IS A GREAT TEACHER MOST PEOPLE ARE TOO AFRAID TO LEARN FROM. They are afraid to look at fear in the eyes so as not to see any weaknesses, the bullshit stories that keeps them bound, the imperfections that may make them feel worthless even with all the titles, achievement, position of authorities, friends, possessions, all the regalia and things, they may have used to cover the feelings of worthlessness, the feelings of unworthiness, the feelings of sadness, the feelings of loneliness. The feelings of grieve, the feelings of anxiety, the feelings of shame, the feelings of regret, the feelings of resentment,……

Thank you fear for being by my side all these years, waking me up to the truth and realisation of who I truly am. FEARLESS!

P.S As a young kid growing up in the city of Lagos Nigeria with my brothers and sisters, my siblings would call me “Fearless”, “Brave Heart”, “Lion Heart” all words to describe the fearlessness, the courage and strength of my Spirit. They knew when I was going to take one for the team, when mother would enquire about who did not clean up the house, or do their chores, rather than everyone taken the fall for it, which would result in some serious consequences, such as some severe beaten with the cain, I would volunteer to take it for all of us. It just simply made sense, why should we all be seated when someone can take one for the team? The cain came out a lot for me growing up, as a child, as a young adult it mostly meant fear, disempowerment, dehumanisation, demoralisation and punishment.

From my personal experience of growing up, it seemed love was gone when the cain came out. I have since learnt to reprogram my relationship with getting hit, being beaten sometimes mercilessly as a child for doing childish things. The trauma, the residue, the imprints those experiences left in my psyche, has been a journey to reprogram and consciously recreate new imprints and impressions, to transmute and change what was registered as a painful, challenging, traumatic childhood experiences to new stories of empowerement, courage, determination, patience, precision, compassion, forgiveness, fierceness, resilience and most importantly pure Divine Unconditional Love. To live from love, and not pass on some of what was passed on to me to others. The challenging childhood experiences that my psyche seeked to understand, and is now alchemizing, integrating and shifting has taught me to live consciously, mindfully, lovingly, kindly and compassionately.

I feel I will be writing more about some of these experiences over the next few weeks as I alchemise, digest, integrate and action some of the learnings from 9 Days Vision Quest in the Mountain of Sicily opening the BLACK door of sincerity. Many tools, teachings, techniques and technologies have helped me on my life’s journey, which I share most of them in my work, especially private and confidential one on one sessions.

SIDE NOTE - Many experiences not yet fully digested, alchemized, understood and integrated can prevent us from living our fullest, truest, purest, Divine expressions. They can leave certain imprints on our psyche, on our being and program us subconsciously and unconsciously to choose a life, take actions from a place of fear which may look like security or protection, therefore these actions not being our purest, highest most authentic expressions of our Divine nature.

In the work I do as a High Priestess of IFA & Osun, or as I love to call it, I am doing the love and never have to work a day of my life, there are many ways to help, support, guide and heal someone carrying childhood trauma, childhood wounding, negative imprints, relationship abuses, work trauma, any sort of societal or ancestral trauma and woundings. Each of us carry a unique signature, this signature is one of the ways I work with to guide, help and support you to bring your fullest expressions, and all that may be hidden in your personal subconscious/unconscious, and collective subconscious/unconscious, so you can heal any karmic lessons you have come here to transcend, live and heal. To truly living in your purest, highest and truest vibrations and expressions, without any karmic imprints impacting and sabotaging your life.

This is a big piece of transformational work, that requires much courage, much commitment, much love and much devotion.
